Our Story

ROOFPROs started with a simple frustration: the roofing industry in this area was full of contractors who said the right things and then disappeared. Homeowners were left with unfinished work, unanswered calls, and roofs that failed within a few years. Alex Pirsa started ROOFPROs to offer something different; a company where the owner is reachable, the crews are trained, and the work is done to a standard that lasts.

Over ten years, we have built that reputation one project at a time. We are not a franchise operation or a regional chain. Every job that comes through ROOFPROs goes through the same hands, with the same attention to detail, whether it is a single-story ranch in Bridgeport or a commercial building in Morgantown. Alex is still on the job. That does not change.

We earned our GAF Master Elite certification and Owens Corning Preferred Contractor status because we committed to the training and quality standards both manufacturers require. We keep those certifications because every installation we do has to meet them. That is not a marketing point, it is how we protect the warranties we put in front of our customers.

Alex is not a salesperson who hands you off to a crew you have never met. He is on site, reachable by phone, and personally invested in how each job goes. Our customers notice and mention it in almost every review.

Our Certifications and What They Mean For You

We hold two manufacturer certifications that most roofing contractors in this region do not. Here is why that matters when you are choosing who to hire.

GAF Master Elite Certified

GAF awards Master Elite status to fewer than 2% of roofing contractors in North America. It requires verified licensing, insurance, ongoing installation training, and a track record of quality work. Holding it means your qualifying installation is eligible for the GAF Golden Pledge warranty, the highest level of coverage GAF offers, covering both materials and labor. This warranty is only available through Master Elite contractors.

Owens Corning Preferred Contractor

Owens Corning’s Preferred status unlocks the Preferred Protection Warranty, a fully transferable manufacturer warranty that adds real value when you sell your home. Like GAF Master Elite, it requires demonstrated installation quality and ongoing compliance. Non-certified installers cannot offer this warranty at any price.

We carry all documentation required by WV law, lenders, and property management requirements. Ask for it any time.
